Digital Marketing Sales Executive

100% Remote | Full-Time | $70,000–$90,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission | OTE $120,000–$140,000+ Natphi Media is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our team in a completely remote role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven salesperson who understands digital marketing, enjoys speaking with business owners and knows how to turn qualified opportunities into current clients.

You must have previous experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites. Applicants without direct digital marketing sales experience will not be considered.

You’ll be stepping into a role with qualified opportunities provided, an appointment-setting team generating meetings and uncapped commission for someone who knows how to close.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working remotely with Australian businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them identify opportunities to grow through digital marketing. Our appointment-setting team generates qualified meetings, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — running strong discovery calls, presenting the right solution and closing new business.

You’ll be selling services including:

- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta / Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Website design and development
- Conversion optimisation
- AI-driven search and digital growth strategies

This is a 100% remote, full-time sales role with a strong base salary, qualified opportunities and genuine earning potential for someone who can consistently perform.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience selling digital marketing services is essential. You must have proven experience selling:

- SEO
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads




- Website design and development

We’re looking for someone who can:
- Confidently run discovery and sales meetings
- Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Identify the commercial opportunity behind a prospect’s marketing needs
- Present digital marketing solutions clearly and persuasively
- Sell based on value, strategy and business outcomes
- Handle objections confidently
- Follow up opportunities professionally
- Manage your sales pipeline and take ownership of results
- Consistently convert qualified opportunities into new clients

Agency sales experience will be highly regarded. We want someone who is confident, commercially minded, motivated and genuinely enjoys sales.

Earnings

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Super, depending on experience and proven ability. On top of your base salary, you’ll receive uncapped commission.

A strong salesperson can expect to earn around $4,000+ per month in commission, with considerably higher earning potential for someone who consistently performs.

Expected total earnings are approximately $120,000–$140,000+ OTE, with no cap on commission.

There is no artificial ceiling on what you can earn.

The better you perform, the more you earn.
