About the role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Ads Specialist who can connect strong creative ideas with smart media strategy. You'll be responsible for the hands-on management of ad channels across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other important ad platforms in Australia including TikTok, programmatic, Pinterest, and Reddit.

At Lance Montana, you'll be supported by designers, developers, copywriters, animators, account managers and strategists. We are looking for someone who shares our curious, always learning DNA, and has actively incorporated AI and automation into their ad management and reporting processes. Candidates with data analytics, and conversion tracking skills in GTM, GA4 and Meta will be highly regarded during the selection process.

Key responsibilities

- Work with the creative team to shape campaign approaches, ad concepts and channel strategies
- Turn client objectives into practical media plans across Google and Meta, with opportunities to work across LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and programmatic display
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns, using performance and audience insights to guide your decisions
- Recommend tests and improvements to creative, messaging, targeting, placements and budgets
- Talk clients through strategies,



results and recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Prepare reports that explain what the numbers mean and what we should do next
- Innovate new tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

About you

- 5+ years' hands-on paid media experience, with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Experience advertising across other digital channels such as TikTok, Pinterest or programmatic display
- Experience developing strategy and making recommendations, as well as executing campaigns
- The confidence to contribute ideas in creative and strategic planning
- A curious, analytical mind and a creative approach to solving problems
- A collaborative attitude, sound judgement and attention to detail
- Data analytics and conversion tracking skills in GTM, GA4 and Meta are highly regarded
