We're looking for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to lead our digital strategy, drive customer acquisition and lead generation, and create seamless client experiences across every digital touchpoint. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines commercial acumen, digital expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for paid media, SEO, CRO, website optimisation, UX, marketing automation, personalisation, social media and digital analytics. You'll be accountable for delivering measurable growth while ensuring every digital interaction creates value for our clients, customers and stakeholders.

You'll also play a key role in shaping how the team works. Beyond digital performance, you'll drive improvements in processes, ways of working and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency, strengthen outcomes and support a culture of ongoing optimisation. As a leader, you'll inspire and develop your team, creating an environment where people feel engaged, empowered and motivated to continuously improve.

About The Role You will be responsible for developing and delivering digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth across multiple brands and business areas. You'll oversee a team of seven digital professionals and work closely with marketing, brand, technology and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Leading digital strategy across paid media, SEO, websites, marketing automation, email marketing and social media
- Driving lead generation and customer acquisition performance
- Improving website conversion rates and customer journeys through strong CRO practices
- Developing personalisation, automation and omnichannel engagement programs
- Managing digital marketing budgets and optimising ROI and return on ad spend Delivering data-driven insights, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Leading website experience, UX and digital optimisation initiatives
- Managing agency relationships and vendor performance
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing digital team
- Championing innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement across digital channels

About You You are a commercially minded digital leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are passionate about using data, technology and customer insights to deliver measurable results.

You'll Bring





- 7+ years' experience in senior digital marketing or digital performance leadership roles

- Proven experience leading teams and delivering customer acquisition and growth targets
- Strong expertise in lead generation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and client experience
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C digital marketing programs
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing new processes that improve collaboration, operational efficiency and business outcomes
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo and driving measurable performance improvements
- Experience building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of optimisation, innovation and accountability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams through periods of growth and change
- Expertise in campaign measurement, attribution, reporting and optimisation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders

Highly Desirable

- Experience with HubSpot CMS and HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Website personalisation and marketing automation experience
- Strong understanding of UX, client journey optimisation and digital customer experience
- Experience managing enterprise websites and CMS platforms
- GA4 and advanced analytics experience
- Exposure to BigQuery and SQL
