About the role: In this role, you will be the face of our company and form an integral part of our sales team. You will be well-presented, a confident communicator and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The Host will work on a rotating roster working every second weekend 11.30am – 4pm.

Role & Responsibilities:





- Welcoming customers into our Display home
- Walking customers through our Display home
- Qualifying potential clients
- Discussing the Diverse Builders’ new home process and what we offer
- Appointment setting for the New Home Consultant
- Maintaining the cleanliness of our Display home and ensuring it is immaculately presented at all times

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- The ability to complete required administration tasks
