H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We offer ongoing, stable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the prospect to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant. You'll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
- Confident with personal care, manual handling, and medication assistance
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- Full Driver's License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
