About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and caring individual to provide person centred support to a young man recently out of school.

His interests consist of all things vehicle related, such as planes, trains, trucks and forklifts as well as ball sports such as tennis and badminton.

Support would involve encouraging and assisting to facilitate local community engagement through activities and hobbies that are meaningful to the member in a supportive, positive manner.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate support at home and in the community.
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and daily routines.
- Engage in fun, meaningful activities that build confidence and independence.
- Provide calm and skilled responses to challenging behaviours when needed.

What You’ll Need Before Starting:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Completion (or willingness to complete) NDIS orientation modules.

Pay Rate: $37.95 - $83.49 per hour (casual)
