We are seeking a capable and understanding Support Worker/Household Manager to assist . This is an ongoing role providing, with versatile scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
- Supporting the participant to maintain routines and improve daily living skills
- Providing respectful and empowering support aligned with participant goals
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
- Liaising with the Beyond Health Services team to ensure quality service delivery
About You You are a compassionate, respectful, and organised individual with:
- Experience supporting people with neurological or similar disabilities (preferred)
- A strong understanding of professional boundaries and person-centred support
- A friendly and non-judgmental attitude
- Excellent communication and reliability
NDIS Compliance You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- ABN (for contractors)
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
