About the role

Join a small, consistent team providing person-centred 1:1 support with Sunshine State Carers

Key responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living assistance

- Transfers and mobility support

- Manual handling

- Continence support

- Community access and appointments

- Meal preparation

- Light household duties

- Medication prompting/support within scope

- Following participant support plans and established routines

- Completing accurate daily support notes, participant records, handover documentation and other required compliance forms as part of each shift

About you

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- First Aid and CPR

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Manual handling training

- Infection prevention and control training

- Medication management training relevant to the role

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Reliable and suitable transport

- Robust written and verbal communication skills

- Available across a mix of day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts
