We are seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants in Dubbo.
About the Role
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Support participants with meal preparation and household duties.
- Assist with appointments and community participation.
- Promote participants’ choice, independence and wellbeing.
- Complete accurate progress notes and report incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Solid communication skills and a person-centred approach.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support preferred.
- Experience with PEG feeding, manual handling and complex care highly regarded.
