The Gennari Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishy / Kitchen Hand to join the kitchen team at Loose Moose in Broadbeach.

Loose Moose is a busy Broadbeach venue with a fast-paced kitchen and a robust team environment. We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and help keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.

Casual position, approximately 20–30 hours per week, subject to business requirements and seasonal demand.

The successful candidate will have:

- The ability to be on your feet for extended periods and complete physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential

Your focus will be to:
- Keep the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean, organised and running efficiently
- Support the chefs and kitchen team during service
- Ensure dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitised
- Assist with assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking and general pantry duties as required
- Emptying bins and disposing of food waste and recycling
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety

Pay: $33.05 – $39.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
