The Opportunity

Join CSR's Archerfield team and play a key role in ensuring products are safely dispatched, delivered on time and customers receive exceptional service.

As a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating dispatch activities and operating forklifts to safely load and unload products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams, customers and transport providers to deliver excellent service.




- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and cycle counts.
- Champion a safe, compliant and well-organised warehouse environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

About You

- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Previous experience within a warehouse, dispatch or transport environment
- Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
