We're looking for an experienced Dogman to join a well-established fibreglass pool manufacturing team in Tomago.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants consistent Monday-to-Friday hours, ongoing work and the prospect to become part of a supportive team.

About the role You'll play an important part in the safe movement and handling of fibreglass pools and components throughout the yard.

Your duties will include

- Dogging and safely lifting fibreglass pool shells and components
- Assisting with loading and unloading pools
- Moving materials around the yard




- Following safe lifting procedures and site safety requirements
- Working with the team to meet production and installation schedules
- General labouring and yard duties as required

About you We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and not afraid to get their hands dirty.

You'll ideally have

- 1-2 years' Dogman experience
- Current Dogging Licence
- White Card
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Experience working in a yard, manufacturing, construction or similar environment
- Good physical fitness and a willingness to perform general labouring duties
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
