About the Role A full-time opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Donor Coordinator at our clinic, based in either Greensborough, Parramatta or Surry Hills (dependent on successful candidate).

As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking that special individual with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and positivity. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality service and support to the healthcare professionals, nurses and patients specifically going through the Donor program.

Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. As a Category B healthcare worker, vaccinations for influenza is mandatory in Victoria and COVID-19 is strongly recommended.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Adora clinicians by ensuring patients are ready to cycle on for an IUI/ART cycle involving donation




- Ensure that patients undertaking known donor cycles comply with relevant state legislation, RTAC COP, NHMRC guidelines and Adora Known Donor Recipient Policies and Procedures
- Manage counselling, support and coordination of patients involving donation
- Collate screening result and pap smears thought pathology providers or directly from patients
- Handle post specialist appointment paperwork - including checking consents, prescriptions and treatment plans
- Create and fill patient checklists as part of preparation for cycles
- Email/mail pathology forms and scan referrals to patients when required
- Ensure ongoing liaison and support of donors and recipients throughout their treatment cycles (e.g. sperm, egg, embryo, egg sharing)

About you To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administration role preferably in a healthcare environment (donor experience preferable but not essential)
- High level of empathy and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A patient-centred warm and caring approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Full training will be provided
