/n Our UK client close to Maitland is seeking someone with a background in e-commerce with solid knowledge of IT and e-commerce terminology to identify, troubleshoot, and write comprehensive reports to escalate findings of issues regarding online orders, platform glitches, and technical customer queries./n

/n This position is office-based, and working hours are based on UK time and season./n
/n (09:30 – 18:00 SAST / 10:30 – 19:00 SAST)/n

/n REQUIREMENTS/n
/n /n
- Matric, or equivalent qualification
/n
- Minimum 2 years’ e-commerce order and system administration experience
/n
- Proven experience resolving and escalating system discrepancies and issues
/n
- Logistics/freight experience, including couriers, warehouses and logistics portals
/n
- Excellent written English communication skills
/n
- Experience with product and catalogue data
/n
- Exceptional attention to detail
/n
- Strong understanding of technical and IT terminology
/n
- Highly technically minded with excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google and Meta
/n
- AI proficiency
/n
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong follow-up skills
/n DUTIES/n
/n /n
- Manage, amend and cancel orders on the in-house system
/n
- Resolve issues relating to consignments, customer information, surcharges and stock
/n
- Identify, investigate and report system faults and recurring issues
/n
- Escalate technical issues to developers with clear supporting information
/n
- Write detailed reports for the Customer Service team
/n
- Manage product and catalogue data, including pack sizes, units and variants
/n
- Update pricing across multiple storefronts and websites
/n
- Publish prepared content across multiple websites
/n
- Reconcile warehouse portal data with the in-house system
/n
- Ensure online stock and pricing remain accurate
