Exploring Hub Early Learning Centre – Balmoral StCertificate III Educator

Full-Time Position | 7:00am–6:00pm Rotating Shifts

Exploring Hub Early Learning Centre is a family-owned early learning service committed to providing a warm, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued and supported to learn and grow.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and caring Certificate III Educator to join our wonderful team. The successful applicant will share our commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and educators and will contribute positively to the culture and philosophy of our service.

This is a full-time position, with availability required across a range of shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

To be eligible for this position, you will need to:

- Hold a recognised ACECQA-approved Certificate III qualification, be currently studying towards one, or be willing to commence study.
- Be a positive and reliable team player.
- Be professional, punctual, organised and committed to your role.
- Be passionate about working with children and building positive relationships with families.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care, education and learning experiences.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have basic to strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems.
- Hold a current Working With Children Check.
- Have the legal right to work in Australia, either as an Australian citizen/resident or through an appropriate working visa.
