- Build educator confidence through mentoring, professional inquiry, collaboration and role modelling.
What You'll Bring
- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification preferred, or Diploma of Children's Services or higher.
- Demonstrated experience leading a room or team in an ECEC setting.
- Strong working knowledge of EYLF, NQF, Child Safe Standards, child safety and inclusive practice.
- Strong understanding of curriculum theory, childhood education and care, and educational leadership.
- Confidence mentoring educators and leading reflective conversations.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, documentation and relationship-building skills.
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant state-based child protection clearance.
What We Offer
- Above award pay and recognition, including worker retention payment, Thank You and Excellence Awards, loyalty milestones and our Refer a Friend Program.
- Specialist education support,
including access to Education Specialists, skilled learning pathways and OAC educational networks.
- Professional development from day one, including Grow Curriculum training, Nurture Inspire Program and expert-led Soundbite sessions.
- Career pathways into broader leadership, including Assistant Director, Campus Director and Support Office opportunities.
- Education assistance and qualification support, including financial contributions and paid study leave where eligible.
- Up to 50% childcare discount for eligible team members, plus paid parental leave and salary sacrifice options.
- Wellbeing support, including two Wellbeing Days, additional leave purchase options and 24/7 TELUS Health EAP access.
