We are expanding our team across the Inner West. TASK runs before and after school care and vacation care at schools across NSW, and we are recruiting passionate, energetic and child-focused people across multiple roles, from entry-level Educators to Deputy Service Leaders and Service Managers. At TASK we strive to create joyful, secure, and inclusive child safe environments where children flourish outside school hours.

Roles available

Educators. Engage children in fun physical play, crafts and outdoor activities. Support daily session routines and afternoon tea, with the chance to train as a Responsible Person.

Deputy Service Leaders. Step up as second in charge to support daily operations, menu planning and educational programming, and lead the team as Responsible Person on shift.

Service Managers. Drive service quality, compliance, team leadership and community engagement, with dedicated administrative block-shift time built into your schedule.

Hours

Consistent, reliable hours across before school care (6:45am to 9:00am) and after school care (2:45pm to 6:00pm), plus full-day options during vacation care.

Your Service Manager and Area Manager will work with you, offering coaching and encouragement every step of the way

What we're looking for:

For all roles

- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)

- Current child protection training
- The right to work in Australia

For leadership roles:
- Experience in OOSH, childcare or education

- First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, and asthma and anaphylaxis training
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
