Electrical Supervisor | Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) | Rio Tinto Inducted | 8:6 Roster $163,000 package + Superannuation + 10% Bonus CGC Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join a global organisation delivering Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) works across a major Rio Tinto mining operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a robust mining or heavy industrial background to join an established team working across site facilities, infrastructure, maintenance and project activities.

The Opportunity As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading electrical teams and contractors across NPI works, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with statutory, legislative and site requirements.

You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities, maintenance programs, shutdowns and breakdown responses while providing technical leadership to the electrical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate electrical personnel and contractors across NPI projects and maintenance activities
- Ensure electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures, standards and legislation
- Oversee compliance inspections, statutory testing and preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate daily work schedules, shutdowns and breakdown responses
- Provide technical support,



leadership and guidance to electrical teams onsite
- Ensure works are completed to required quality, safety and compliance standards
- Liaise with site stakeholders, contractors and other disciplines to ensure effective delivery of works

About You To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor within mining, heavy industrial or a similar environment
- A current WA Electrical Licence
- Current Section 26 (S26) Electrical Certification, or willingness to obtain this at the client's expense
- Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, statutory requirements and site safety standards
- Proven experience supervising electrical teams and contractors
- Previous NPI experience within a mining environment will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
