About the Role
We are seeking motivated electricians and apprentices to join our growing team delivering premium residential renewable energy and electrical solutions.
The role includes
- Solar and battery installations
- EV charger installations
- Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical works
- System commissioning and testing
- Fault finding and service work
- Ensuring installations meet all compliance and safety standards
- Working closely with a capable team that values quality workmanship and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- C-Class Driver's License
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction White Card
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of protected work practices
- Professional presentation and communication skills
Highly regarded:
- SAA Solar Accreditation
- SAA Battery Accreditation
- Stand-alone Power Systems (SPS / Off-Grid) Accreditation
- Working at Heights
- Refrigerant Handling Licence / Split System experience
Pay Structure
- From $60/hr + bonuses for experienced electricians without solar and battery accreditations
- Up to $70/hr + bonuses for electricians holding a strong combination of:
- SAA Solar Accreditation
- SAA Battery Accreditation
- Stand-alone Power Systems (SPS / Off-Grid) Accreditation
- Working at Heights
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
Electricians without these accreditations will be supported in obtaining them through the business as part of their long-term development within the company.
