Dara Infrastructure Pty Ltd is a growing civil infrastructure and engineering company delivering projects throughout South East Queensland.

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work across civil infrastructure and construction projects, undertaking electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, test and repair electrical wiring, equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, specifications and wiring diagrams.
- Install electrical conduits, cabling, switchboards, lighting systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Carry out testing, commissioning and fault diagnosis of electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards, defects and required repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant Australian Standards, electrical regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other trades to complete works safely and efficiently.
- Complete required electrical testing, documentation and project records.
- Maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Full Licence electrical trade qualifications.




- Experience working as an electrician within construction, civil infrastructure, commercial or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience with electrical installation, testing, fault finding and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Current driver's licence.
- Ability to obtain or hold the appropriate Queensland electrical licence required to perform the role.

Experience working on civil infrastructure projects, including underground electrical services, conduits, pits, street lighting and associated infrastructure, will be highly regarded.

Salary

$90,000 per annum + superannuation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will meet applicable Australian employment and immigration requirements.
