Role Description

We are currently seeking 2 x Employment Pathways Specialists for an immediate start on a full-time basis, with one role servicing Bankstown and surrounding areas and the other servicing Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for an experienced ESP or sales driven individual who is ready to step into a people‑focused role, driving team performance and targets in a fast‑paced and outcomes‑driven environment.

As an Employment Pathways Specialist, you will provide hands‑on guidance, and support to your clients while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high engagement. You will lead strategic efforts to identify growth opportunities, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and support new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Lead the growth of key relationships with Employment Service Providers through effective account management and strategic engagement.
- Drive new business development by identifying partnership opportunities, presenting value‑driven solutions,



and confidently promoting training and licensing pathways.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen, working proactively to achieve and exceed defined KPIs, sales targets, and activity benchmarks.
- Rapidly learn and adapt to new systems, industry changes, training products, and internal processes, applying this knowledge to improve team performance and client outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with branch teams to support and exceed regional targets through coordinated sales and account strategies.
- Contribute to data reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities and monitor overall account health.
