Your experience is what counts. Whether you've studied HR, Employment Law or IR or built your skills on the job in an HR support role, this is your chance to step into Employment Relations. As the engine room of our ER team, you'll support the business and work with stakeholders from site managers and Field Team Members to unions and the Fair Work Commission. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role at our Fortitude Valley office, reporting to the Head of Employment Relations. What does a day as an Employment Relations Coordinator look like?
Your day may include
- Supporting managers on disciplinary, performance, absence, change management, disputes and Right to Work matters.
- Managing your own ER caseload in line with team protocols and escalation points.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records in our ER systems and keeping documentation audit-ready.
- Preparing materials for Fair Work Commission and other jurisdictional matters.
- Supporting ER training, compliance activities, research, reporting and improvement projects.
