XS Espresso Newcastle is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will plan, prepare, cook, and present a range of breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes in line with our menu and recipes.

The right candidate will have a commercial cookery qualification, proven ability to work under pressure during peak service, and a robust commitment to high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
