Mancel College is Australia's only school specialising in Language Disorder, providing individualised educational service and support to students in small class sizes from Prep to Year 12. About the Role

This role is central to building lasting relationships and shaping families’ experience and engagement with the College. The Enrolments Officer delivers exceptional customer service, provides accurate information about the College’s programmes, support and nurtures throughout the assessment and enrolment process and ensures accuracy of records every step of the way.

Success looks like

- Building positive, engaging and sustainable relationships through exceptional customer service and care.
- Achieving (or exceeding) targets – with high enrolment growth we have some lofty targets to achieve – through building and nurturing a pipeline you’ll make it look easy.

A day in the life: Whilst no day is every the same here at the College, it might look like this -

- Be the primary and professional point of contact for prospective students and families, responding promptly to phone, email, and in person enquiries; providing information and documentation.




- Managing the end-to-end administration and completion of student enrolments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
- Plan and facilitate Open Days and school tours, ensuring visitors have a positive experience, understand the College and philosophy and have the information they need. (Some tours or events may take place outside of normal hours).
- Nurture and close enquiries to achieve enrolments based on College enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment records, data trend analysis, reporting and recommendations.
- Finding unique ways to problem solve and troubleshoot.

About You:

- Adaptable, proactive and genuine in approach to building relationships and engaging with prospective and current families.
- High level attention to detail, administration, and computer literacy skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, driven to achieve targets and ability to work independently.
- Professionally presented and confident communicator both one-on-one and in large groups.
- Certificate IV in Administration, Business or Customer Service (or equivalent), or demonstrated comparable experience.
- A current QLD Working With Children Check / Blue Card or willing to obtain.
- Full working rights (unrestricted) in Australia. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
