Enterprise SAP environment | Strategic platform leadership

Baseline clearance required, with ability to obtain NV1

Your new company An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ERP Platform Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a mission-critical SAP ecosystem within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.

This senior technology leadership role will oversee the strategy, performance and ongoing evolution of an enterprise platform supporting finance, payroll, workforce administration, procurement, rostering and corporate services. You will combine strategic platform leadership with accountability for operational stability, security, vendor performance, integrations and continuous improvement.

Your current role

Working closely with senior executives, business owners, architects, delivery teams and managed service partners, you will:

- Own the health, performance, security and lifecycle of the ERP platform
- Define and drive the SAP platform strategy and technology roadmap
- Lead platform upgrades, enhancements and complex technology decisions
- Govern external vendors and managed service relationships
- Balance technical governance, operational reliability and business agility
- Reduce platform complexity and technical debt
- Build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and platform ownership




- Maintain operational accountability while supporting broader transformation objectives

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring:

- Significant experience leading an ERP or enterprise applications platform
- Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystems, ideally including SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP platform ownership, ERP leadership, technology service ownership or enterprise product ownership
- Proven vendor and managed service partner management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Experience delivering technology change in a complex enterprise environment
- The ability to develop strategic roadmaps while maintaining platform stability and performance
- Experience within government, regulated industries or complex integration environments will be highly regarded

Mandatory requirements

- Current Baseline National Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain an NV1 National Security Clearance
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and reference checks
