Lead a growing estimating team working on major infrastructure and transport projects.

Recent Era is an established electrical and communications contractor delivering complex projects across NSW and Queensland. We’re looking for an Estimating Manager who understands our clients’ requirements and takes pride in producing accurate, competitive tenders.

With around 15 bids underway at any one time, you’ll set priorities, allocate work across the estimating team and keep submissions on track. Working closely with our operations team, you’ll oversee labour and material pricing, take-offs and supplier quotations, review risk and margin, and ensure awarded projects are handed over clearly to delivery.

Reporting to our Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll bring at least seven years’ estimating experience in commercial construction or infrastructure and the ability to lead and develop a team. Electrical and communications experience is valuable, but we also welcome Estimating Managers from other building services or infrastructure disciplines. Strong Bluebeam and Excel skills are essential.
