Join the Norths Collective and be part of something bigger. We're looking for a passionate Event Supervisor to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
In this role, you'll liaise with clients, brief and manage staff, oversee FOH & BOH service, ensure floorplans are set, and deliver seamless banquets, canape functions and outstanding customer experiences.
This role is perfect if you're studying event management and want hands-on industry experience, or if you've been working in hospitality and are ready to take the next step into career progression.
What we're looking for:
- Solid leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Full availability across a 7-day roster (shifts between 7am-4am)
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Certification
- A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
