Your prospect
Join the Academic Portfolio Office (APO) and play a key role in supporting senior academic leaders to deliver strategic priorities.
As Executive
Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Pro Vice Chancellors (Academic) and Deans, while working closely with other stakeholders across the University. This is a varied role for a highly capable and proactive professional who can think independently, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and coordinate executive activities, strategic projects and stakeholder relationships.
You will make an impact by:
- Acting as a key contact and providing support across the Academic Portfolio Office, including coordinating complex executive diaries, priorities, meetings and stakeholder requests
- Supporting governance committees and strategic initiatives through effective planning, documentation, minute-taking and follow-ups
- Preparing high-quality briefing papers, reports, presentations, communications and correspondence with sound judgement and discretion
- Coordinating projects, timelines, deliverables and approvals across the Academic Portfolio Office, including supporting course and unit accreditation processes

Your professionalism, discretion and communication skills enable you to build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders while managing sensitive information with confidence. To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex executive diaries, prioritise competing demands and anticipate changing requirements.
- Demonstrated professional judgement, discretion and diplomacy, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional correspondence, agendas, minutes and other executive documentation.

Your opportunity is
- Full-time,
fixed term (6 months)
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480.
- HEW Level 6. The base salary ranges from $95,961 - $105,250 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $123,142.
