- Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including editing and quality assurance

The primary accountabilities of the Executive Services Support Officer include:
- Process ministerial and executive correspondence through the MINCOR system, including allocations, hard copy preparations and finalisations.
- Undertake quality assurance of ministerial and executive correspondence to ensure alignment with style guide requirements for form, punctuation and grammar.
- Establish and maintain systems for the confidential management of hard copy correspondence
- Maintain follow up systems within the Office of the Commissioner to ensure the timely finalisation of correspondence.
- Mail all finalised correspondence.
- Provide technical support to MINCOR users across the organisation, as required.
- Assist with administrative duties for the business unit, as required.
- Undertake specific work activities or projects as requested by the manager.
- Utilise high level communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Understand and implement continuous quality improvement principles.
