What does the job look like?
Join Linfox's Group Finance team as an Expense Officer and play a key role in supporting the effective management of employee expenses across the business. Working closely with stakeholders nationwide, you'll manage employee expenses through SAP Concur, support compliance activities, coordinate fines and registrations, and deliver high-quality service across the organisation.
Key areas
- Process employee expense claims, reimbursements and corporate card transactions
- Manage vehicle fines, registrations and related payments to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Provide support and guidance to employees and business units on expense policies and processes
- Complete reconciliations, reporting and month-end activities to support accurate financial outcomes
- Monitor outstanding claims, investigate discrepancies and maintain robust financial controls
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
About The Team You'll join a collaborative team of three Expense professionals supporting business units across Australia. The team operates in a fast paced, high volume environment and is led by a supportive manager who values accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. Are you the one?
You're a finance professional who enjoys working in a service focused environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering accurate outcomes.
You can demonstrate
- 1-3 years’ experience in Expenses, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or Shared Services
- Experience managing high volume transactions within a large or complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience performing reconciliations and maintaining financial controls
- Exposure to SAP Concur or similar expense management systems will be highly regarded
Desirable
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience with the Microsoft suite products e.g.
Microsoft
