Vanta Quay is a new waterfront bar and restaurant in Mandurah, and we’re looking for experienced Bartenders and Mixologists who know their way around a bar and have a genuine passion for cocktails, quality drinks and great hospitality.
We’re building a strong bar team and are particularly interested in people who can bring cocktail knowledge, speed, consistency and personality to the venue.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for
- Preparing and presenting high-quality cocktails and mocktails
- Confidently making classic cocktails as well as Vanta Quay signature drinks
- Serving beer, wine, spirits and other beverages
- Providing recommendations and engaging with guests
- Maintaining consistent presentation, measurements and drink quality
- Setting up, stocking and maintaining the bar before and during service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and service-ready
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Following RSA requirements and responsible service practices
- Assisting with opening and closing bar procedures
- Working closely with our Bar Manager, floor team and kitchen
- Contributing ideas for cocktails, garnishes and seasonal drink specials
About You We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous bartending or mixology experience
- Strong cocktail-making skills
- Good knowledge of spirits, wines,
beers and cocktail techniques
- Confidence working in a busy bar environment
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- A friendly, outgoing and professional personality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliability and a strong team attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA or ability to meet WA RSA requirements
Experience in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar, premium bar or similar venue will be highly regarded. Why Vanta Quay?
