Join Fattoush Baysides Bar Crew Our bar At Fattoush Bayside gets busy, and the person behind it sets the tone for the whole room.
We need a Bartender who pours with confidence: someone who can knock out a round of classics without checking a recipe, chat with a regular while ringing up a card payment, and keep the well stocked before anyone notices it running low.You will own your side of the bar during service, from opening prep through last call and closing counts. Guests should leave planning their next visit because of how you treated them. If weekend rushes energize you rather than rattle you, and you take pride in a clean, organized station, this job will fit.Responsibilities
- Build alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to consistent recipes, from house classics to signature cocktails
- Greet guests, take their orders, and suggest drinks that match their taste and the occasion
- Verify identification before serving and confirm every guest meets the legal drinking age
- Ring up orders, process payments accurately, and balance the register at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized bar that meets hygiene and safety standards throughout service
- Track stock behind the bar, top up supplies before they run out, and flag shortages to management
- Decline service tactfully when a guest has had too much, following legal serving requirements every time
- Work in sync with servers, kitchen staff, and barbacks so drinks and food land together
- Pitch ideas for new cocktails, seasonal specials, and menu updates
