We’re hiring experienced cocktail bartenders for our restaurants in Circular Quay and Barangaroo. If you can make great drinks consistently and keep service moving during a busy shift, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Prepare classic cocktails, wine, beer and other drinks to a consistent standard
- Manage drink orders efficiently during busy restaurant service
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure drinks are ready on time
- Set up, restock and close the bar
- Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar or busy restaurant bar
- Confidence making classic cocktails independently
- Strong organisation and attention to detail during busy service
- A reliable,
collaborative approach to working with the floor team
- A current NSW RSA and valid Australian working rights
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
