Flexible Casual Opportunities
- Attractive casual hourly rate based on Award Band 1 Level 3 Grade 5 + 25% Casual Loading
- Location Various Council Locations including MAX Centre, Library, Dhiiyaan Aboriginal Centre and Tourism Centre.

The Opportunity
We are seeking professional, organised and diligent individuals to join our rolling casual pool as Administration Officers. We are looking to fill gaps across diverse business units, supporting essential administration and customer service functions.
Your casual assignments may include
- Providing high-quality internal and external customer service by telephone, email and in person
- Providing professional administrative support, monitoring email inboxes, maintaining databases and document preparation
- Coordinating meeting logistics, venues, catering, resources and taking accurate minutes
- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and ensuring timely distribution of drafts and reports
- Assisting with educational resource creation and community events or educational campaigns
- Ensuring accurate record keeping, filing and archiving of data and information
About You
You are a proactive, diligent and communicative professional with outstanding customer service skills and strong attention to detail. You possess sound judgement, the capacity to work without supervision, maintain productivity and prioritise tasks in a reactive environment.To succeed in our casual pool, you will bring

- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent substantial administrative and customer service experience
- Proven administrative skills, record keeping procedures, minute-taking and professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and a high standard of ethical practice
