We're a small, fast-growing Perth face-to-face sales team, and we're hiring a handful of people who back themselves.

The role

You'll be out in the field representing our campaigns across Perth, speaking with homeowners, building genuine interest and booking appointments for our closers. It's face-to-face, fast-paced and outdoors, and it rewards people who can connect with anyone.

Where it leads

We promote from within, and promotion runs on results, not time served. Our reps grow into senior reps, closers, team leaders, trainers and managers. Perform, and you move up, whether you've been here six months or six weeks.

The training

No sales experience? Good. No bad habits. We'll teach you how to:

- Open a conversation with a stranger and hold it
- Build rapport in seconds
- Handle objections without flinching




- Qualify properly so no one's time gets wasted
- Close your own deals, then coach others to do the same

You'll get regular one-on-one coaching and work alongside experienced closers from day one.
