Who we’re looking for?

- Proven experience and demonstrated success in a Facilities Management role or an Assistant Facilities Manager looking to take the next step within the property/building industry.

- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Trades or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Robust stakeholder management and relationship development skills.

- Knowledge of operations, industry best practice, building codes and legislative requirements relating to facilities management.

The role

We are seeking a proactive, solutions focused Facilities Manager to join our Facilities Management team, which is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier services for commercial buildings across Australia. This role offers you the chance to leverage your skills and knowledge in facilities management and advance your career.

As the Facilities Manager you will manage a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring that Knight Frank consistently delivers exceptional Facilities Management services. This is a hands-on role coordinating contractors, engaging with tenants and managing day-to-day operational tasks across multiple buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and maintenance matters, supporting clients,



tenants and Property Managers.

- Manage day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, compliance, contractor engagement and risk management.

- Conduct regular building inspections and oversee contractor performance to ensure assets are maintained to a high standard.

- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, maintenance outcomes and asset performance.

- Develop and maintain risk management and compliance procedures in accordance with legislative and client requirements.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and expenditure management while contributing to sustainability and asset performance initiatives.
