CBRE is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Canberra team supporting a Charter Hall commercial portfolio.

This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping assets performing at their best. You'll work across contractor management, compliance, ESG initiatives, projects and tenant engagement, while developing your career within one of the industry's leading FM platforms.

In This Role, You Will:

- Manage day-to-day building operations and contractor performance
- Drive compliance, risk management and essential services requirements
- Build strong relationships with tenants, clients and service providers
- Support ESG initiatives, fit-outs and capital works projects
- Assist with reporting, budgets and operational improvement initiatives

About You

- Experience in Facilities Management, Property Operations or a related role
- Knowledge of commercial buildings, contractor management and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organised,



proactive and customer-focused approach
- Looking to build a long-term career in Facilities Management
