Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care

Lead a High-Performing Aged Care HomSt Jude's Health Care Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential aged care facilities.

About the Role

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while maintaining compliance, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations of the residential aged care facility

- Oversee clinical governance, quality, and compliance outcomes

- Manage budgets, occupancy targets, and financial performance

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence

- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture

- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and quality standards

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior leadership role within aged care

- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation requirements, and quality standards





- Proven experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, and budgets

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (desirable)

Essential Requirements

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
