Based in beautiful Somersby on the NSW Central Coast, we are an innovative, well-established, and continuously growing Australian manufacturing business specialising in premium power switchboards and distribution boards. We don't just follow industry standards - we help write them! Our management team actively serves on key industry committees, investing decades of experience back into improving Australian manufacturing processes.
We are looking for a capable, naturally inquisitive person to join our enthusiastic team.
You’ll Do:
Production work assembling power distribution switchboards and control assemblies.
- Assemble switchboard cabinets for commercial and industrial use
- Fit out switchboard cabinets with circuit breakers and control equipment
- Fabricate copper busbars and assembly brackets
- Wire and cable within switchboards and distribution boards
Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:
- Good manual dexterity for assembly
- Logical thought process
- Like learning
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery
- Enthusiastic outlook to improving processes
- Ability to work with others in a team workplace
- Open to take directions and retain information and processes
- Ability to manage some manual handling, standing for long periods
- Reliable, prompt, clean and tidy

- A 4-day work week (76 hour fortnight), working Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm – with occasional opportunity for overtime some Fridays
We’ll provide the tools (having your own, will be beneficial). Safety boots are required. Only Permanent Residents need apply.
This role could suit an unqualified person with good manual capacity who is willing to learn the skills needed for long term employment.
