Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property management business with a strong presence across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Field Officer to join their Property Management team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Property Management, with the opportunity to progress into managing a small portfolio as your experience develops. The Role Working closely with the Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property opens for the Property Management department
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating property access with agents and tenants
- Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day requirements
- Providing professional service to tenants, owners and other stakeholders
- Supporting the team with general property management duties
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate
- Personal car and drivers license
- Have an interest in building a career in Property Management
- Ideally have some experience in real estate, property or customer service
- Be confident dealing with tenants, owners and agents
- Be organised, reliable and professional
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday
