We’re looking for a mechanically minded Field Service Technician (Electrician) to join our high-performing Doors team in Sydney, NSW. Whether you have direct doors experience or come from a related hands-on background, we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same as you manage the equipment and servicing of KONE’s automatic doors, roller shutters and gates across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing?

- Carry out preventative maintenance on automatic doors, roller shutters and gates.

- Attend callouts and breakdowns.

- Carry out installation and commissioning activities.

- Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the local region, delivering high-quality service and support.

What are we looking for?

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology.

- Experience in doors or industrial maintenance is highly regarded.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Receptive to feedback,



eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement.

- Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment.

- Full driver's licence.

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
