Field Service & Applications Engineer – Australia & Recent Zealand

Elemental Scientific (ESI Australia) is growing in Australia & New Zealand — and we’re looking for Engineers to join our team.

? Locations: Perth, Western Australia or East Coast Australia

? Work style: Home-based when not travelling

✈️ Travel: Regular customer visits and interstate travel as required

? Graduates and early-career engineers are welcome to apply

? What You’ll Do

Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot ESI analytical instrumentation/ laser ablation system

Provide technical support and customer training

Support demonstrations, evaluations and applications work

Perform preventive maintenance and prepare service reports

Work directly with customers across mining, geochemistry, environmental, university and analytical laboratory markets





Collaborate with ESI global technical and applications teams

? About You

Relevant backgrounds may include

Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Mechatronics

Mechanical Engineering

Instrumentation

Scientific or laboratory equipment

Experience with ICP-MS, laser ablation, analytical instrumentation or laboratory automation is an advantage, but not essential.
