About The Role
Join our Roads and Drainage Maintenance teams in a hands-on role working across a variety of projects on roads, drainage assets, and associated infrastructure. You will contribute to the delivery of safe, reliable, and well-maintained community assets.
Multiple roles available as a Field Worker Roads District:
- Deliver hands on maintenance work on roads, drainage networks, and related infrastructure.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery while working collaboratively with your team.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture by participating in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, hazard identification and reporting.
- Support the delivery of quality maintenance projects to improve community infrastructure.
- Complete works efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

- Work effectively within a team to achieve to operational targets.
- Have a safety-first approach to your team and works
- Current C Class drivers’ licence

About The Benefits These roles are permanent full-time with a salary commencing at $70,601 plus 12.5% superannuation.
- 9 day fortnight: Every second weekend is a long weekend
