AUB Group (ASX: AUB) is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our Group Financial Control team and play a key role in the financial reporting of a complex, global ASX200-listed organisation.

With more than 5,500 team members, approximately 595 locations and operations supporting clients across 150+ countries, AUB Group is a diverse and growing insurance intermediary group with an active M&A; agenda.

What you'll be doing

Working within Group Financial Control, you'll gain exposure across a broad range of high-value finance activities, including:

- Leading and supporting Group consolidation and ASX financial reporting
- Preparing interim and annual financial statement disclosures
- Providing technical accounting input across M&A;, acquisitions and restructuring
- Improving reporting and driving efficiencies within Tagetik
- Supporting sustainability and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Preparing Board reporting and ad hoc analysis for Investor Relations
- Working closely with external auditors
- Contributing to finance transformation and control improvement initiatives
- Partnering with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the wider Group

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring

- CA qualification with 7+ years' experience
- A foundation in Big 4 or a chartered accounting environment, complemented by relevant commercial experience
- Experience within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards / IFRS




- Experience with complex Group consolidations, ideally within a global organisation
- Strong technical knowledge of M&A; accounting
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Tagetik, SunSystems or Adaptive Insights would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
