About The Role
You will support the accurate and timely calculation, reconciliation and reporting of royalty receivables and payables across Standards Australia’s domestic and international partners.
What You’ll Do
- Calculate and reconcile royalty income from domestic and international distribution partners
- Prepare and calculate royalty payable reports
- Perform monthly and quarterly royalty reconciliations and investigate variances
- Maintain royalty calculation models, supporting documentation and audit trails
- Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities relating to royalty revenue and expenditure
- Conduct analysis of royalty trends, pricing impacts and distribution partner performance
- Monitor compliance with distribution agreements
- Contribute to data quality, system improvement and automation initiatives
About you
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Some experience with financial reconciliations, data analysis or transactional processing, gained through employment, an internship, university projects or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail
- Curious mindset, with a desire to learn through asking questions
- Excellent communication
