We’re looking for a qualified CA/CPA with a minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

This is your chance to step into a senior Finance role where you’ll genuinely have a seat at the table.

You’ll lead an established Finance team, work directly with the Founder/CEO and partner closely with the senior leadership team.

You’ll get exposure to complex accounting and private lending, with the opportunity to use your technical expertise to shape the way the business operates.

There’s plenty of scope to improve processes, introduce better ways of working and make your mark.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day Finance function.

Cash flow. Treasury. Reporting. Forecasting. Compliance. Audit.

You’ll oversee AR, AP and payroll.

You’ll manage month-end and financial reporting.

You’ll keep a close eye on controls, risk and compliance.

And you’ll be the person looking at the Finance function and asking:





“Can we do this better?”

You’ll lead the team, support the wider business and provide the financial insight leadership needs to make good decisions.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a qualified CA/CPA with 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

Banking or private lending experience is important.

You’ll need strong technical accounting knowledge, including AASB 9 and complex accounting calculations.

You’ll also need to be hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable leading a team.
