We are a boutique financial planning firm based in Southport, QLD. We are currently seeking a motivated and a fully qualified Financial Adviser to join our growing team. The role would be suited to a new entrant, or an existing Financial Adviser with a couple of years experience.

As a Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their financial journey and make informed decisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, analyse their current financial situation, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals. The role is predominantly phone based OR through the various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide comprehensive financial advice based on the client's individual/personal background.
- Develop customised financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management, predominantly delivering advice to accumulators.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise clients' portfolios and recommend suitable investment products and services.
- Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.
- Utilise solid sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Full FASEA approved, including having met the educational, exam and all other requirements.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Financial Adviser/Authorised Representative
- Exceptional all round communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and team goals.
- New-entrants and young Financial Advisers are welcome
