We're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our B2B fleet operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across our logistics operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Business Integration, you'll lead a team of drivers and a Fleet Scheduler while maintaining overall accountability for fleet scheduling, resource allocation, service delivery, safety performance and operational outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and support a frontline operational team
- Manage attendance, performance and daily employee matters
- Oversee fleet allocations, scheduling and service delivery
- Drive safety performance, compliance and incident management




- Review operational data and reporting to identify improvements
- Work closely with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Improve productivity, fleet utilisation and customer outcomes

About You

You are an experienced people leader who can build accountability, trust and strong team performance.

You will bring

- Experience leading frontline or operational teams
- Transport, logistics, fleet or service industry experience
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using computer systems, reporting tools and operational software
- A commitment to safety, customer service and continuous improvement
- The ability to remain calm and decisive when priorities change
