Seeking an experienced Floor Finisher to join a growing Adelaide based team. The role involves installation, finishing, repair, and maintenance of various flooring materials across residential and commercial sites.

- Key Responsibilities

- Floor preparation- surface levelling, moisture checks, removal of old flooring

- Material installation- timber, laminate, vinyl, hybrid, carpet tiles, epoxy, marble finish.

- Sanding and polishing - operation of sanding machines, applying stains and sealants

- Repairs and maintenance- patching, replacing damaged sections, refinishing

- Use of tools and machinery -sanders, cutters, adhesives, measuring tools

- Site safety compliance- following WHS standards, hazard identification

- Client communication- discussing job requirements, providing updates, ensuring quality outcomes

Mandatory Requirements





- White Card — valid General Construction Induction Card

- Experience — minimum 1 to 3 years in flooring installation or finishing

- Physical capability — ability to lift materials, operate machinery, work on knees for extended periods

- Driver’s licence — preferred for travel between job sites

- Work quality standards — attention to detail, ability to deliver high‑finish results

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
