ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for experienced Front of House Food & Beverage Attendants, Servers and Bartenders to join our friendly and energetic Team at Hubert Estate.
People come from far and wide to enjoy our modern Australian and European inspired dishes and those delicious wood fired pizzas, from our Marana wood fired pizza oven at Quarters Restaurant. Harriett our event space, hosts an array of exciting events such as weddings, parties and conferences throughout the year.
You'll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences in one of the Yarra Valley's premier Restaurant and Event Spaces.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Availability to work evenings, late nights and weekends (essential)
- Bar experience preferred, but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- A cooperative approach and commitment to supporting your team
- Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
